COVID-19 Business Continuity

As Europe now grapples with the COVID-19 outbreak, Terabee has taken all necessary measures to preserve the health and safety of our employees, customers and suppliers, strictly following the French Government guidelines to prevent contamination.

During this period:

We are not traveling and we are not holding face-to-face meetings with customers, partners, and suppliers.

The majority of our teams are working remotely, from home. This measure will be in place until the French authorities advise otherwise.

A small number of staff remains on-site for work that cannot be done from home. Our logistics and shipping teams are available to pick, pack and ship your orders.

We are working with DHL Express to ensure continuity of delivery worldwide.

Our sales hotline is manned from 9 am to 6 pm Central European Time (GMT+1) should you wish to call us. (Tel: +33 (0)7 50 15 16 64).

Our customer support service remains available via email, with the same response times as before.

We are fully committed to maintaining our high standards of service and are making full use of video conferencing, email and phone.
